H2Flow Swim Coach

We are looking for:

Like minded people excited to learn to guide swimmers on epic adventures as they navigate their swimming journey of learning to FLOW (Fundamentals of Learning to be one with the Water and the World)

By:

  • Inspiring, connecting with and supporting themselves, their team and their community.
  • Expanding and growing in all aspects of their life and help others do the same.
  • Playfully innovating, being open to different perspectives and looking for new approaches.

Duties:

  • Guiding children, our Turtles in Training, on their FLOW swimming adventures year-round. Each adventure takes place in an indoor warm water pond in a 1 on 1, 10-minute setting, over a 4 – 5 hour time frame (shift).
  • Taking pride in the upkeep and cleanliness of our amazing pond.
  • Attending bi-monthly (every other month) Sunday FLOW Culture Explorations to facilitate continued learning and growth.

Requirements:

Complete an interview process involving multiple sessions both in and out of the pool and some at-home preparation. Complete and pass a background check. Successfully complete 60+ hours of in the water and dryland paid training.

Hours:

Want to work as little as one day a week?  How about two? We want to talk to you! Year-round, part-time position.

Possible hours on Monday – Thursdays, mornings (8:30am – 12pm) and evening (3:30pm – 8pm) hours,  Saturdays (8:30am – 1pm) (4 – 10+ hrs per week).
